Eine Neuentwicklung, die zwar etwas länger dauerte als geplant, doch mit einem Ergebnis auf welches wir mit Sicherheit sehr stolz sein können.

Aber was ist eigentlich "Carbonwood"?
Die Karbonisierung von Holz erfolgt durch Wärmebehandlung. Die Hitze karamellisiert buchstäblich den natürlich vorkommenden Zucker im Holz und erzeugt eine satte karamellbraune Farbe. Die Farbe von karbonisiertem Holz ist wärmer als die Farbe, die durch Räuchern entsteht. Darüberhinaus macht dieses Verfahren unsere Messergriffe wiederstandfähig und pflegeleicht.
 
Das Erste Schmiede Carbonwood ist das erste Messer welches wir mit einer spitz zulaufenden Klinge ausgestattet haben. Diese an japanische Kiritsuke Messer angelehnte Form, soll noch mehr Flexibilität beim Schneiden bieten. 

Natürlich haben wir auch bei diesem Messer sehr großen Wert auf ein gutes Handling, die richtige Gewichtsverteilung und eine kompromisslose Materialqualität gelegt.

Hergestellt in traditioneller Schmiedekunst aus echtem Carbonstahl, ist es ein echter Allrounder der in keiner Küche fehlen darf.

Achtung: Scharf!

Es handelt sich um ein handgeschmiedetes Messer aus rostarmen Messerstahl, trotzdem empfehlen wir auch hier: „Nach Gebrauch von Flüssigkeiten befreien und regelmäßig mit Messeröl behandeln.“ So wirst Du ein Leben lang Spaß an Deinem Erste Schmiede Messer finden.
