Gargoyle on Ball

Gargoyles sind Fabelwesen, oft halb Mensch und halb Tier, mit Flügeln. Ursprünglich waren sie Hauswächter und Wasserspeier. Man findet sie in allen Formen und Größen auf Kirchen und anderen Gebäuden, vor allem aus der Gotik. Dieses etwas gruselig anmutende Exemplar hockt mit seiner muskulöse Figur auf einer dekorativen Kugel. Es macht sich gut als Wächter auf einem Zaunpfahl oder neben einem Eingang.

„Gargoyle on Ball“ ist 15 cm breit, 32 cm hoch und wiegt ca. 6 kg.

Die Farbe ist verwittertes Dunkelbraun, kann aber leicht vom Bild abweichen.

Da alle Produkte von uns persönlich in unserer Gießerei in Ostfriesland von Hand hergestellt werden, gleicht keine Skulptur farblich genau der anderen. Jedes Stück ist ein Unikat.

Aus frostfreiem Gussstein gefertigt, kann „Gargoyle on Ball“ wie alle unsere Objekte das ganze Jahr draußen bleiben.
