COLOURLOCK Leather & Plastic Paste ist eine professionelle, wärmehärtende Spachtelmasse zur Reparatur von stark beschädigten Leder- und Kunststoffoberflächen. Sie eignet sich ideal für tiefe Risse, Löcher, Brüche, Kantenabbrüche und Materialverluste, bei denen herkömmliche Filler nicht mehr ausreichen. Durch die gezielte Aushärtung mit Wärme entsteht eine besonders feste, formstabile Reparaturbasis, die anschließend geschliffen, strukturiert, gefärbt und versiegelt werden kann.

Wärmehärt-Technologie & Wirkmechanismus

Leather & Plastic Paste basiert auf einer speziellen Polymerformel, die erst unter Wärmeeinwirkung vollständig aushärtet. Durch die kontrollierte Erwärmung (z. B. mit Heißluftföhn) entsteht eine besonders harte, widerstandsfähige Struktur, die auch starken mechanischen Belastungen standhält. Die Paste schrumpft kaum, bleibt dimensionsstabil und eignet sich hervorragend zum Wiederaufbau von Kanten, Formen und fehlendem Material – sowohl auf Leder als auch auf Kunststoffoberflächen.

Anwendung, Auftrag & Best Practices

Vor der Anwendung sollte die Oberfläche sauber, trocken und fettfrei sein. COLOURLOCK Leather & Plastic Paste wird mit Spachtel oder Modellierwerkzeug in die beschädigte Stelle eingebracht und grob in Form gebracht. Anschließend wird die Masse mittels Heißluft kontrolliert gehärtet. Nach dem Abkühlen lässt sich die reparierte Stelle schleifen, glätten und weiter strukturieren. Je nach Schadensbild kann die Paste schichtweise aufgebaut werden. Danach erfolgt der Farbaufbau und die Versiegelung mit Top Coat.

Ergebnisse, Einsatzbereiche & Abgrenzung

Nach dem Aushärten entsteht eine sehr feste, belastbare Reparaturstelle, die sich ideal weiterbearbeiten lässt. Leather & Plastic Paste eignet sich für Autositze, Türverkleidungen, Mittelkonsole, Lenkräder, Möbel, Kunststoffverkleidungen und Interieurteile. Sie ist kein Fein-Filler für kleine Kratzer, sondern eine strukturelle Reparaturmasse für größere Schäden. Für feine Oberflächenkorrekturen empfiehlt sich anschließend ein klassischer Filler oder Super Filler.
