Grüner Lehm ist ein naturbelassener, getrockneter Lehm. Er ist reich an Mineralien und an Spurenelementen und kann bei Pferden in folgenden Situationen angewendet werden:• Nach intensiven Trainingseinheiten.
• Zur Vorbeugung von Schwellungen der Gelenke oder an den Gliedmaßen.
• Zur oberflächlichen Therapie bei entzündeten Gelenken.
• Zur Behandlung von Wunden.
Generell wird eine Behandlung 2 Mal täglich empfohlen. Die Anzahl der Behandlungen kann aber unproblematisch erhöht werden je nach Ausmaß der Schwellung. Als Behandlungsdauer werden 1 bis 2 Monate empfohlen. Leichte Bewegung während der Zeit der Behandlung ist im Allgemeinen unproblematisch möglich. Sehr gut hilft Grüner Lehm auch bei schlecht heilenden Wunden. Direkt auf die Wunde aufgetragen, sorgt er dafür, dass die Wunde besser heilt und sich die Wundoberfläche schließt. Auch dem Wuchern von „wildem Fleisch“ kann mit dem Einsatz von Grünem Lehm vorgebeugt werden. Vorteilhaft ist hierbei, dass er als Paste auch in schwer zugänglichen Bereichen wie z.B. unter dem Bauch oder beim Ellenbogen des Pferdes aufgetragen werden.Natürlicher Grüner Lehm hilft nicht nur den Pferden, sondern er kann auch unproblematisch von Menschen benutzt werden.

Enlightening and practical

Best PM book out there!
Format: Hardcover
This is the best project management book I have found. Clear, concise, provides visuals, online material, he gives you a variety of examples, goes as far as to tell you how to utilize the PM skills to better your personal life, AND when I sent him an email, he called me and we chatted. All you have to do is implement what he provides into your life. Very grateful to have found this book and it’s author.

Not Strategic or Practical

This book would be helpful to office managers who are overseeing small self-managed projects. There is heavy emphasis on people management and almost none on any practical project management techniques.
It gave me flashbacks of a couple of project managers I've worked with who were completely useless and left the team to pick up their slack; the kind that talk endlessly without saying anything meaningful and struggle with the basics, like scheduling a meeting. I'm giving it 2 stars because it takes quite a bit of time and effort to publish a book.

Useful and very well done - Bravo!
Format: Paperback
I am a YouTube follower of the authors book, and I purchased her book to take advantage of her real life experiences of flipping over 30 + houses. Because I had already purchased my first house I focused on Part 2 to help me organize my renovation, and revaluate my approach. The book is well written, reading flows, the notes, graphics that call out important details are well place, the models to follow are super useful and the resources are endless. There is an online digital resource that is extremely helpful too. There is so much in this book. I will come back and update as I get through it, but I can say this is an excellent purchase already well worth the money spent. I watch her YouTube channel, and review the online resources regularly, and carry this book with me as I am doing the work as I work, so taking all my spare time to study and review.
Part 2 is where I am focus now since I am starting my renovation. I am doing a "cosmetic" renovation, and her advice about where to focus my budget has helped me decide where to start, what to buy (study comps online - I personally like Redfin, but Zillow too) and I already have a realtor I am working with, and was recommended a contractor by my agent. So - off to the races. It is a downturn market so I am taking my first flip slow, but in a few months I will update my review.
I highly recommend buying the book, it is like an idiots guide to house flipping, but better....you have her YouTube channel, and the online resources too! Enjoy!!
