Nach der Begrüßung mit einem kleinen Eierlikörchen genießt du ein exklusives 5-Gänge-Menü, begleitet von einem erfahrenen Fleischsommelier. Im Mittelpunkt: eine spannende Querverkostung verschiedener Cuts vom Bullen – direkt vom Hof.
