The 60 mm double flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 offers precise guidance and high corrosion resistance for rail-guided systems in humid or hygiene-critical environments. With a load capacity of 400 kg, it is designed for medium loads in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.
Construction & Material
Precision-turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with completely rust-free wheel bearings using stainless steel ball bearings. The double flange geometry guides the wheel securely on both sides of the rail profile and ensures exact tracking even with lateral forces. The material is resistant to water, cleaning agents, and most media used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

- With stainless steel ball bearings: Free-running on axle or bolt – low maintenance, ready for installation, for idler wheels.
- With hub keyway: Torque-resistant shaft connection for driven wheels or on-site bearing.
