Gebrauchsanweisung :

Stehendes Wasser entfernen. Gießen Sie 1/5 des Produkts in das Abflussrohr. Gießen Sie sofort 0,5 Liter warmes (nicht kochendes) Wasser hinein. Lassen Sie es 15 Minuten einwirken. Spülen Sie mit reichlich kaltem Wasser nach. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, wenn der Abfluss noch verstopft ist. Nicht mit anderen Produkten mischen. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich an einen Installateur.

I literally had just given it to her and not even a minute later (not joking), she had torn off a row of the rope-like part. 5 minutes later, the tail is already in shambles lol So long story short, great and interesting toy to keep the doggy from being bored. Maybe not so great for aggressive chewers/rippers in the long term. More than likely will be torn to shreds by the end of the day.
