Mit dem Tormek Steinpräparierer SP-650 können Sie die Korngröße des Tormek Originalschleifsteins ändern. Die andere Seite des Steinpräparierers dient zur Erhaltung des Schleifsteins. Sie bringt neue Schleifkörner an die Oberfläche und gewährleistet so effektives Schleifen.

Der Tormek Originalschleifstein ist so ausgelegt, dass seine Eigenschaften mit dem Steinpräparierer geändert werden können, d.h. vom schnellen Schleifen auf Feinschleifen. Dies hat offensichtliche Vorteile. Sobald Sie die gewünschte Form auf Ihrem Werkzeug hergestellt haben, z.B. einen Meißel, können Sie die Schneide auch feinschleifen, und das mit demselben Schleifstein, derselben Schleifmaschine und denselben Vorrichtungen und Einstellungen. Sie müssen die Ausrüstung nicht ändern und erhalten so garantiert exakt den gleichen Schneidenwinkel.

Wechsel auf Feinschliff

Wenn Sie den Stein auf Feinschliff einstellen möchten, drücken Sie einfach die feine Seite des Steinpräparierers ca. 30 Sekunden lang auf die Oberfläche des Steins. Dies verändert die Funktion der Oberfläche des Tormek Originalschleifsteins (Korngröße 220), er arbeitet dann wie ein Stein mit Körnung 1000.

Aktivierung des Schleifsteins

Wenn Sie wieder die ursprüngliche Körnung 220 nutzen möchten, drücken Sie einfach für ein paar Sekunden die raue Seite auf den Stein, bis Sie feststellen, dass sich die Oberfläche des Steins verändert.

Um den Stein in leistungsfähigem Zustand zu erhalten, verwenden Sie bei Bedarf die raue Seite des Steinpräparierers. Drücken Sie ihn ca. 30 Sekunden lang fest auf. Der Vorgang kann beliebig oft wiederholt werden, ohne dass der Schleifstein vorzeitig verschleißt.

The book provides a complete, high-level overview of Project Portfolio Management (PPM). As the title suggests, it covers both Portfolio Management and Project Management. The book is a great reference for PPM concepts.
