Abendlicher Nebel und die kühlende Meeresbrise tragen dazu bei, die Rebflächen während der heißen Sommertage etwas abzukühlen, was den Trauben eine langsame und optimale Ausreifung ermöglicht. Dieser ansprechende Merlot ist ein typischer Vertreter des Meerlust-Stils mit viel köstlicher Frucht, die von weichen Tanninen und einer soliden Struktur begleitet wird. Die Früchte für diesen Wein werden sorgfältig ausgewählt und manuell von den 27 Jahre alten Rebstöcken gelesen, wobei eine kleine Menge Cabernet Franc und Petit Verdot hinzugefügt wird, um die Tannine zu verfeinern und die Struktur zu verbessern. Im Glas werden Sie sofort die intensiven Noten von dunklen Pflaumen und Beeren sowie Untertöne von Schokolade, getrockneten Kräutern und Kirschlikör wahrnehmen. Am Gaumen zeigt er einen großzügigen, vollen Körper, einen soliden Kern aus dunklen Früchten und einen harmonischen Abgang mit einem Hauch von wärmenden Gewürzen und Röstaromen, die von der 17-monatigen Reifung in neuen und alten französischen Eichenfässern stammen. Perfect beater

Versatile, comfortable and a delight to wear

Had never heard of this brand but needed a pair of waterproof boots for a trip to the PNW where we would hike in mountains, rainforest and beaches. I have a pair of Merrell Moab hiking shoes, but wanted something that covered more and were waterproof. These boots are amazing. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. I wore them everywhere and found I preferred them over other shoes throughout the trip. They stayed comfortable and dry no matter where we went, rivers, lakes or the ocean.
I’ve now worn them on several trips including a March trip to Bryce Canyon where we went from snow on some trails to the heat of the red rocks in others. I love these boots more every time I wear them.
I am a huge fan now. At the price they are a nobrainer. I would buy these Nortiv8 boots over and over again.

Good value for a $55 boot.

I like these boots because I have a wide foot and even though I bought the 12 and NOT the 12W there is plenty of width. Very comfortable boot. I have put this pair through about 1000 miles mostly on asphalt, ice and snow. Very little actual dirt/ rocky trails. I bought them for the waterproofness and ankle support. Now the soles are getting thin and I can feel small rocks through the soles. Plus the soles are beginning to separate from the uppers and they are no longer waterproof. Not bad for 1000 miles. Still, I feel For a $55 boot they are a good value. I am 6ft and weigh 250.
