Sie führen unter der Beobachtung ihres Vaters Paolo die Destillation und den Verkauf. Ihr Hauptsitz ist im Norden Italiens bei Nizza Monferrato zu finden. Die Brennerei achtet vor allem auf Traditionen und die Liebe zur Region Piemont, was man zum Beispiel daran sehen kann, dass sie neue Grappasorten oft nach Weinbergen benennen. Seit sich Lagerung und Produktion seit 2002 in den Weinberge bei Casalotto di Mombaruzzo befinden, kann der Grappa unter noch idealeren Bedingungen hergestellt werden. Bei diesem Grappa Tre Soli Tre der angesehenen Destillerie Berta handelt es sich um eine piemontesische Spezialität, die aus der Nebbiolo da Barolo Traube produziert wird. Sein herausragendes Aroma darf er in einer lang anhaltenden Reifeprozess ausbilden. Dieser Prozess findet während der 8 Jahre anhaltenden Lagerung in Holzfässern statt. Geschmack und Duft präsentieren sich mit Noten von Vanille, Aprikose, Kakao, Johannisbeere und Sauerkirsche. Außerdem besitzt er einen lang anhaltenden Nachhall.
