Dazu harmonieren gebratene oder geschmorte Speisen mit feinem, dunklem Fleisch, Rinderschmorbraten, Rehragout, gebratenes Wildgeflügel, cremiger Risotto mit Steinpilzen oder reifer Pecorino Käse.
