Der DRAKE ARCHERY ELITE Night Fury ist eine gelungene Kombination verschiedener, harmonierender Materialien. Dymondwood im Mittelstück, schwarzes Fiberglaslaminat in den Wurfarmen und Bambusstreifen, die das Mittelstück "einrahmen" und sich durch den ganzen Bogen ziehen, ergeben einen kompakten, schlanken und angenehm leichten Bogen.

Das verwendete Dymondwood ist dabei ein innovativer Werkstoff, aus mehreren Lagen Holz, die mit Epoxidharz zu einem hochstabilen Material verbunden sind. Die Verarbeitung verschiedener Holzschichten ermöglicht dabei eine farbliche Gestaltung, die eine absolut einzigartige Optik in Schwarz und Grau erzeugt. Die Farbgebung lässt den Bogen geheimnisvoll und mystisch wirken, als ob er zwar gerade den Tiefen der Nacht entkommen ist, sich dort aber auch am wohlsten fühlt. Vielleicht hat sich DRAKE Archery deswegen auch für den Namen "Night Fury" entschieden, steckt in diesem Namen übersetzt doch soviel wie Wildheit und Temperament. Zwei Eigenschaften, die man im Bogensport durchaus kennt. Abgesehen von der umwerfenden Optik bietet das Material Dymondwood natürlich auch einige technische Vorteile, die es für den Bogenbau so interessant macht: Es ist leicht, absorbiert Schwingungen und lässt ein schnelleres, gleichmäßigeres Schießen zu.

Der auf den ersten Blick sehr schlank wirkende Griffbereich ist mit dem ersten in die Hand nehmen doch "anders", denn seine ergonomischen Formen mit relativ flach gehaltener Handballenauflage sind so dimensioniert, dass sie optimal in der Hand liegen. Das gibt dem Bogen eine angenehme Leichtigkeit und dem Schützen eine gute Kontrolle über ihn.

    This pillow — after dialing in the right amount of shredded foam — has greatly helped my sore neck. Initially, I had to remove some foam. Then I gradually added foam until it reached optimum comfort and support. It is also CPAP-friendly — especially when I position my head near the pillow's edge. (I am a left-side sleeper.) I like the travel size because I use a bulky hugging pillow to ease stress on my shoulder and elbow. That makes my side of the bed feel cramped if using a larger head pillow. A smaller pillow is easy to flip end-to-end in the middle of the night. I have spent lots of money on pillows over the years, but this is the best I've ever had for relieving [1] neck pain and [2] CPAP mask seal problems. Very comfortable, supportive, and affordable. I did not notice any unpleasant smell — and I am usually sensitive to that kind of thing. Would highly recommend.

    Great pillow, but the cooling effect depends on the cover

    Best Pillow Ever

    Best pillow ever. Although it still gets "hot", it does take longer to get "hot". I love this pillow. I was buying a new pillow almost every 3 months. Other pillows would either remain rock hard or go flat. I was concerned at first when reading the description as I though the memory foam would be big pieces. They are soft fluffy pieces. I had to remove almost half of the foam to get the pillow to what works for me. I have not had to put any filler back in. I have bought the expensive purple pillow and hated it so much I gave it to my daughter. This QUTOOL Pillow is the best! I bought a 2 pack. Have not used the other pillow yet, but I feel I may actually go years for once without having to buy a pillow as I have the 2nd one set aside if the first one gets to a point in need replacement. I have bought Dollar Store pillows. I have bought $300 pillows. None of them even come close to this pillow and the way you can adjust this pillow for you. The pillows came in a white mesh like bag. I keep all the unused "stuffing" in this bag. I have it hanging in my closet and I just fluff the bag once a month to keep the filling fresh so it is ready if and when I need it. Coming from someone who has trouble staying asleep, neck issues, a stomach sleeper who hate those flat pillows manufacturers think stomach sleepers like but actually hate, buy this pillow. Just buy it. Best Pillow for a picky person like me. Buy 2 or more so if you have to stay at a hotel, you can take your own pillow.
