Der Schlegelmulcher für schwierige Einsätze im Hang mit dem Plus an Sicherheit

Hohe Flächenleistung und perfektes Handling. Ob hohes Gras oder Gestrüpp, auch in Hanglage, der AS 701 SM ist ein Allrounder. Ausgestattet mit einem hangtauglichen Briggs & Stratton Series 3 Motor mit Öl- und Benzinpumpe sowie Öldruckschalter sind Mäharbeiten am Hang möglich, ohne einen Motorschaden zu riskieren. Der Motor mit 344 ccm Hubraum leistet maximal 13,0 PS. Ausreichend Leistung auch für schwierige Bedingungen. Angetrieben wird der Schlegelmulcher über ein 5-Gang Getriebe mit Rückwärtsgang. In der 5-Gang Abstufung sind Geschwindigkeiten vorwärts zwischen 1,1 km/h und 3,6 km/h möglich. Rückwärts fährt der AS 701 SM 1,7 km/h. Zudem ist das Hinterachsdifferenzial permanent gesperrt, was für besseres Handling am Hang und starker Traktion sorgt. Ein tiefer Schwerpunkt, eine perfekt ausbalancierte Gewichtsverteilung, die AS-Motor Lenkbremse und seine 70cm Schnittbreite machen ihn zum wendigen Allesmäher.

Ausgeklügelte Bedienung mit dem Plus an Sicherheit
Der AS 701 SM lässt sich mit nur vier Bedienhebel komfortabel steuern. Optimale Sicherheit bietet die automatische Parkbremse. Diese wird automatisch eingerückt, wenn der Fahrhebel losgelassen wird. Egal ob in der Ebene oder am Hang, der Schlegelmulcher bleibt stehen. Die Maschinensteuerung erfolgt über die patentierte Lenk- und Bremskupplung. Bei eingerücktem Fahrantrieb ist die Differenzialsperre permanent gesperrt. Geöffnet wird sie für jedes Einzelrad durch einfaches Betätigen eines Hebels links oder rechts. Dabei öffnet sich die Differenzialsperre an dem jeweiligen Rad, der AS 701 SM wird frei beweglich. Wird der Bedienhebel weiter gezogen, bremst das jeweilige Rad zusätzlich ab. So lässt sich der Schlegelmulcher bequem, sehr leicht und vor allem sicher in schwierigem Gelände und am Hang millimitergenau manövrieren. Durch die Teflon-beschichtete Edelstahl-Bowdenzüge ist eine leichte und komfortable Bedienung mit geringen Bedienkräften garantiert.

Das robuste Schlegelmähwerk ist gemacht für harte Einsätze

Ausgestattet mit 20 Y-Schlegelpaaren und einer Schnittbreite von 70 cm schafft der AS 701 SM Flächenleistungen bis zu 2.500 m² pro Stunde und Aufwuchshöhen bis zu 100 cm. Auch dichtes Gestrüpp bekommt der Schlegelmulcher klein. Zudem ist das Schlegelmähwerk pendelnd gelagert und kann so Bodenunebenheiten ausgleichen. Die Höhenverstellung des Mähdecks ist in 6 Stufen zentral von 10 – 100 mm verstellbar. Die beweglich gelagerten Y-Schlegel sorgen für eine optimale Zerkleinerung des Schnittguts und hinterlassen ein gleichmäßiges, sauberes Mähbild. Durch ihre pendelndne Befestigung können die Schlegel bei Kontakt mit Fremdkörpern einfach ausweichen. Dies schützt vor Beschädigungen an den Messern und dem Mähwerk. Geschützt wird ebenso der Bediener: Ein gelochter Schlagschutz verhindert, dass der Bediener von umherfliegenden Gegenstände getroffen werden kann.

Für einen komfortablen Einsatz entlang von Hindernissen, Zäunen und Mauern lässt sich der Lenkholm sowohl höhen- als auch seitenverstellen. Schlegelmulcher sind die vielseitigsten Mäher in hohem Gras.
