Lenses Technology:

✓ CR-39 Lenses (Blue Light Technology)

CR-39 is made by polymerization of diethyleneglycol bis allylcarbonate (ADC) in presence of diisopropyl peroxydicarbonate (IPP) initiator.
"CR-39" is an abbreviation of Columbia Resin 39. CR3-9 has the highest Abbe value of any lens. An Abbe value defines the chromatic aberration of material, and this effect is generally more noticeable in peripheral vision than when looking through the center of a lens.

✓ 100% UV Protection.
The lenses we use, have a UV protective coating with maximum filtration against harmful sun rays.

✓ Lenses Category: 3.

The bigger the category number of lenses, the better. Category 3 in lenses, is considered better than categories 2 & 1. This is because they provide extra protection from both visible and UV light. These lenses allow less than 20% of visible light to penetrate the lens. This means that they will block out 80%+ of light. Category 3 lenses are considered the best lenses in the optical industry.

Acetate Technology:

✓ Italian (Mazzucchelli) and Portuguese Raw Materials.
Our Acetate Materials are coming from some of the biggest acetate factories in Europe.

✓ Engraved DE logo on the temples.
Every pair has the engraved logo, product name, and measurements on both temples.

Comes with a luxury box, eco-leather case, and cleaning cloth.

Right on!
This book really resonates with me--an adult child of alcoholism. It is written in a style I can relate to--not too academic--just real and relate-able. I am just beginning to read it cover to cover, but have read sections in nuggets as time allowed, and I have gotten a lot of personal insight from them. It is a very thought-provoking and a wonderful self-growth book as I had / have no idea what "normal" is. I am obsessed with recovery this year via the 12-steps and fellowship with like-minded 'travelers.' I love this book--so far so good- and am anxious to spend more time with it. 👍🙏💚💓

Not as good as i thought it would be...
Format: Paperback
A lot of good information but too general in nature... needs more interesting stories about the problems and how to remedy them.

This book is a hope for adult children
Format: Paperback
I have been in the therapy for years. I couldn't see where I was heading to. I just knew something wrong with my life. I read "Adult Children: The secrets of dysfunctional families" and I read "An adult child's guide to What's Normal" I am grateful someone out there working on this issue. This book has been helping me to open my eyes along with my therapy work. I actually practiced some of the normal actions and stay away from a destructive and abusive relationship, which I didn't know it was even abusive before. Feelings are to be accepted. Thoughts are to be understood. Only words followed by actions count. "How do you know about my life so well?" was like my feeling when I read this book. I am taking my life back. Thank you so much on your work, John Friel, Ph.D. and Linda Friel M.A. Now, I am going to learn how to appreciate others and me with my heart, not with "doing his/her favor".
