Die Penne rigate stammen aus der Region Campanien. Dieses Format gehört der Familie der schräggeschnittenen Kurzformate an. Die Penne rigate sind gerillt, haben einen Durchmesser von ca. 8,0 mm, sind ca. 39 mm lang und zwischen 1,22 und 1,28 mm dick. Besonders gut schmecken die Penne rigate mit Fleischragout oder mit Gemüsesaucen z.B. mit Peperoni, Zucchini und Aubergine angerichtet. Sie eignen sich aber auch hervorragend für Ofengerichte. Zutaten: Teigwaren aus Hartweizengrieß. Zutaten: HARTWEIZENGRIEß. Zubereitung: Pasta in 6 Liter kochendem, gesalzenem Wasser 10-12 Minuten kochen (al dente 10 Minuten, weich 12 Minuten), dann abseien. Kühl und trocken lagern. Hergestellt in Italien.
