Diese Wolle stammt von Coburger Fuchsschafen aus Borken Westfalen.

Ihre Wolle ist auch bekannt als das goldene Vlies, die Grundfarbe ist Beige und in dem Vlies befinden sich rotbraune Grannenhaare. Das Vlies wird beim Verspinnen zu einem schönen melierten Garn. Auch gut für Anfänger geeignet.

Die Schafe werden dort auf Naturschutzflächen eingesetzt. Die Wolle wurde von Hand gewaschen und sortiert. Kardiert wurde die Wolle in der Wollkämmerei Rhein Ahr-Eifel auf einer Kardiermaschine, die Vliese sind 50cm breit und maximal 2m lang.

Die Wolle eignet sich gut zum Spinnen oder Filzen.

Es handelt sich um ein Naturprodukt und die Wolle enthält noch Reste von Lanolin.
