Das Knebel-Set besteht aus einem verstellbaren Kopfriemen und drei austauschbaren, unterschiedlich großen Knebelbällen in den Größen S, M und L. Die Knebelbälle sind jeweils mit Atemlöchern versehen. Gestartet wird mit dem kleinsten Knebelball und nach und nach wird ein größerer Knebel eingesetzt, bis das Knebelmaximum erreicht ist.
