Die Costanza Pendelleuchte von Luceplan mit Zugseil Ø 40cm wurde von Paolo Rizzatto für die Marke Luceplan entworfen. Seitdem die Costanza-Serie im Jahr 1986 auf den Markt kam, hat sie sich zum Klassiker entwickelt.

Mit der Costanza Pendelleuchte mit Zugseil Ø 40cm interpretiert der italienische Designer klassische Schirmleuchten auf neue Weise. Der Körper der Leuchte wird aus Aluminium gemacht. Zum Markenzeichen wird der Leuchtenschirm aus Polycarbonat. Er ist an nur zwei Befestigungspunkten im Gestell eingehängt und kann daher spielend leicht getauscht werden, wenn ein Look entstehen soll. Die Costanza Pendelleuchte mit Zugseil Ø 40cm ist zudem höhenverstellbar. Dafür sorgt ein Zugseil, an dessen Ende ein Gewicht aus Stahl befestigt ist. Die Pendelleuchte ist in vielen verschiedenen Farben erhältlich. Sie benötigt ein Leuchtmittel mit E27-Fassung. Zur Deckenmontage wird ein Baldachin mitgeliefert, der einen Durchmesser von 11,6 cm hat und 3 cm hoch ist.

This version doesn’t work
I used these 2 nights in a row. I was hoping Oracoat found a solution to the problem people like me have with the regular Xylimelts: irritation of gums. As others have noted the “sensitive” version doesn’t melt and the goo that remains can be difficult to remove. I didn’t have too much trouble after the first night. However, the second day after use, it was so hard to get the remains out, I wound up with a very sore spot from digging it out. I will toss the rest. It’s too bad this effort fizzled. I hope Oracoat will find a solution For sensitive mouths. In the b meantime, I will use the original for a few nights and then stop before repeating. The idea behind the original product is fantastic. Unfortunately this attempt to make it usable for people with sensitive mouths hasn’t worked. Please try again.

I had used the original Xylimelts a few years back for my night time very dry mouth. They worked very well, completely dissolving overnight, but they caused sores inside my cheeks. Recently I discovered this new version which was purported to be made without the offending ingredients. They don't work quite as well, as they don't completely dissolve, but so far haven't caused any irritation. My mouth isn't completely parched as it was without any product, so it is definitely better than nothing. There is a gel-like residue in the morning that needs to be scraped off the teeth. I think Oracoat has some more R & D to do.
