Der Edelstahlrotor wird über die Welle geschoben und über die – für maximale Haltekraft – um 90° versetzten Madenschrauben auf der Welle gesichert. \nDurch die Verwendung von computergesteuerten Drehmaschinen wird eine hohe Passgenauigkeit erzielt. Die Oberflächen sind senkrecht zur Bohrung und haben eine Oberflächengüte von 9 wodurch sichergestellt wird, dass kein Wasser beim Rotieren des Rotors austreten kann.\nBei der Inbetriebnahme schleift der Rotor in den ersten Minuten die Oberfläche des Carbon-Flansches ein. Durch die Verwendung von 316L Edelstahl sollte der Rotor unter normalen Bedingungen ein Leben lang halten.\n\nWichtiger Hinweis: \nVerwenden Sie die Sicherungsschrauben nur einmal.\nIn jedem der zwei Löcher des Edelstahlrotors befinden sich zwei Sicherungsschrauben. Die eine Sicherungsschraube sichert den Rotor auf der Welle und die zweite Sichert die erste Sicherungsschraube. \nDie Sicherungsschrauben werden mit einem spitzen Kranz an der Basis hergestellt. Dieser Kranz presst sich in die Welle ein und gewährleistet somit einen sicheren Halt.\n\n
