EINFACH:
Auf dem Hobel befindet sich ein Schlitten, der in Führungsschienen hin und her bewegt wird. Durch die Bewegung wird der Teig durch die Löcher gedrückt und schon kommen Spätzle heraus.

ERGONOMISCH:
Der bündige Abschluss zwischen Schlitten und Schienen, sorgt für sauberes Arbeiten, da kein Teig wegfließen kann. Der Schlitten kann leicht bewegt werden und so kann mühelos der Teig geformt werden.

QUALITÄT:
Der Hobel ist komplett aus Edelstahl und hochwertig verarbeitet. Das Unterteil des Schlittens ist aus hochwertigem Kunststoff gefertigt um Reibung zwischen den Edelstahlkomponenten zu verhindern, damit der Teig sich nicht verfärbt
