Für diese Extremfälle gibt es den Druckbett-Kleber Magigoo Pro PP. Magigoo ist ein 3D Druck Kleber, entwickelt für eine optimale Haftung der ersten Schicht auf dem Druckbett. Magigoo stellt sicher, dass dein Bauteil stark auf dem erwärmtem Druckbett haftet.

Magigoo Pro PP wurde speziell für alle PP-Filamente entwickelt. Polypropylen ist ein Teilkristalliner Kunststoff mit sehr hoher Schlagzähigkeit, Widerstandsfähigkeit und Abriebfestigkeit. Durch seine nicht polare Molekulare Struktur hat Polypropylen eine hohe chemische Beständigkeit und wird somit vermehrt für Verpackungen sowie in der Lebensmittelindustrie eingesetzt.

Die eigentliche "Magie" startet erst nach dem Druckauftrag: warte nach dem Druckauftrag einfach kurz bis die Druckplatte abgekühlt ist und entferne dein gedrucktes Bauteil mit nur einem Finger! Zusätzlich verhindert Magigoo Pro PP das unerwünschte Warping / Verziehen des Bauteiles.

Egal ob im Hobby- oder Profibereich - es ist sehr angenehm, einen 30 Stunden+ Druckauftrag erfolgreich ohne ein Verziehen und einer einfachen Entfernung des Druckobjektes von der Druckoberfläche abzuschließen.
