Der Terre de Rosé Extra Brut von Régis Poissinet ist ein biodynamischer Rosé de Saignée, gekeltert aus 70% Meunier und 30% Chardonnay. 100% Fassausbau und minimale Dosage (1,5 g/L) verleihen ihm Tiefe, Energie und eine lebendige Mineralität. In der Nase dominieren Zitruszesten, Erdbeere und Himbeere. Am Gaumen zeigt er Himbeeren, Blutorange und Granatapfel, getragen von einer seidigen Struktur und eisenhaltiger Mineralik. Ein Winzerchampagner, der die intensive Seite des Marnetals ausdrückt.

It even lead us to Chateau de Vincennes which we wouldn’t have found on our own! The only issue is that the Notre Dame challenge is sadly impossible to complete now based on the fire in April. I also wish something would be added regarding Les Invalides. If you have elementary aged kids then I would highly recommend.
