Anwendungsbeispiele

Ideales Training für Schulter-, Arme-, Bauch und Brust. Für dein Ideales Training sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. Auf dieser Hantelbank, lässt sich perfekt Bankdrücken mit Kurzhanteln oder Langhanteln ausführen. Trizepsmuskelaufbau mit Curlstange oder Langhantel. Bizeps Muskeltraining für den Aufbau der Bizeps brachialis. Sit-ups für einen flachen Bauch und Sixpack. Die Beinfixierung mit übergroßen Schaumstoffrollen hilft beim Bauch Training oder negativen Bankdrücken. Die Rückenlehne kann in 6 Schrägpositionen und in 2 negativen Positionen von -15° bis 75° verstellt werden. Hartgummi an den Standfüßen schonen den Boden und verhindern ein Verrutschen der Hantelbank. Durch das Hartgummi und der Stabilen Bauweise, sorgt die Hantelbank für noch mehr Stabilität und Sicherheit beim Training. Durch die Transportrollen kann die Hantelbank schnell und einfach geschoben werden. Der angebrachte Griff vorn erleichtert das umsetzen.
Die Hantelbank kann mit anderen Kraftgeräten wie z.B. Hantelständer, Kniebeugen-Ständer, Power Rack, Multipresse zu einem universellen Fitnessgerät werden, um alle Muskelgruppen zu trainieren.
