I haven't removed the plastic off the handles yet and off the hanging gold circle. Comes with the long strap for crossbody so exceeded every expectation for me. I feel that once it is filled and breaks in a little, it will look richer and richer. This was worth every penny for me and probably going to be my favorite every day bag!
