Columbus stylo explorateur Video/ Audio PenLe COLUMBUS Audio/ Video PEN (stylo) est une évolution du précédent stylo TING qui, en plus des fichiers audio, est également capable de lire des vidéos. Au total, cinq catégories différentes peuvent être consultées (informations sur les pays, le saviez-vous, hymnes nationaux, quiz de connaissances et vidéos).
Les cartes des globes Columbus sont équipées depuis 2011 de la technologie audio/vidéo, de sorte que le capteur situé à la pointe du stylo permet de lire un code OID sur le globe. Ce code est associé à différents fichiers audio ou vidéo. En touchant le globe, le stylo reconnaît alors le code et lit le fichier correspondant via le haut-parleur intégré.
Choisissez par exemple la catégorie informations sur les pays, et vous découvrirez la superficie du pays, le nombre d'habitants, la croissance démographique, le nom de la capitale et bien plus encore. Sous le saviez-vous, vous obtenez des informations passionnantes, instructives et extrêmement riches sur les particularités propres à chaque pays. Tous les pays sont présentés en détail. La catégorie des hymnes nationaux de chaque pays est également particulièrement impressionnante. Avec la quatrième catégorie, le quiz autour de notre Terre, vous pouvez tester vos connaissances de manière ludique. A very thorough "How-To"!

This book is full of tons of resources and recommended tools to guide you along the way from a to z.. At the end of each chapter, the author also provides super useful "Action Items" to get you moving forward, breaking the process down to manageable doable pieces. Loved all the useful real-world tips that some Airbnb property owners just may overlook... as well as the BONUS materials at the end too!

Just the guide that I needed!

Without a clue of where to start, this book helps me understand the the whole process step by step, from setting up your first listing to managing guests and maximizing your income. It's written in a clear manner, with practical the advice , simplifying the process for newcomers like me. There are tips on pricing, optimizing space, and how to make sure guests have a great experience - all are super helpful advice. Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb
Format: Kindle
This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
