Die Stabilität beim Mähen in Hanglage und senkrecht zum Hang, ist gewährleistet dank der optimalen Gewichtsverteilung und durch die automatisch und manuell aktivierbare Differentialsperre. Die schwingende Hinterachse erlaubt den Antrieb auf allen 4 Rädern auch beim Arbeiten am hindernisreichen Böden. Das Gartenreifenprofil und die Reifenbreite verringern auch bei voll beladenem Grasfangkorb den Aufdruck auf den Rasen auf ein Minimum. |
| Das frontal angelegte Mähdeck mit 126 cm neuester Konzeption ist außerordentlich robust und ermöglicht das Arbeiten auch an schwer erreichbaren Stellen (unter Pflanzen, Sträuchern). Das Schnittsystem mit 3 Messern (2 Messer + 1 zentral nach vorne versetztes Messer) gewährleistet das direkte Laden mit einer geringen Geräuschemission und ein qualitativ hohes Schnittbild. Die beiden seitlichen Messer haben jeweils ein integriertes Gebläse für eine hohe Sammelleistung und ein tadelloses Schnittbild auch bei hohem und feuchtem Gras, was man im Frühling oft vorfindet. Die hydraulische Schnitthöheneinstellung kann per Knopfdruck bequem vom Fahrersitz aus gesteuert werden. |
| Die Schnitthöhe von 2 bis 10 cm ist stufenlos einstellbar. Dies ist ideal, um ein exzellentes Schnittbild auf Sportplätzen zu erreichen. Das „schwimmende“ Mähdeck ist hydraulisch unterstützt. Die Räder haben stets einen richtigen Aufdruck am Boden auch bei hindernisreichem Gelände. Die Mähdeckrädchen sind aus Vollgummi und beugen Platzen vor. Die Anti-Scalp Räder sind auf Kugellagern aufgebaut und deren Höhe ist regulierbar. Der gesamte Schnittapparat ist mit einer primären Übertragung über Kardanwelle und einer sekundären Übertragung mit Riemen ausgestattet. Dies ermöglicht das Anheben des Mähdecks für Inspektions - und Wartungsarbeiten, ohne dass ein Ausbau erforderlich ist. Die Messer schalten sich automatisch ab, wenn der Grasfangkorb voll ist und entleert werden muss. |
| Der Grasfangkorb mit 750 Litern Fassungsvermögen ist für die Anhebung und Entleerung hydraulisch unterstützt; die maximale Entleerungshöhe beträgt 195 cm, mit 30 cm hinterem Überstand. Der motorisierte Grasverteiler erlaubt ein von den Bedingungen unabhängiges, komplettes, einheitliches und optimales Befüllen des Grasfangkorbs mit Hilfe des in drei Positionen einstellbaren Sensors. Bei vollem Grasfangkorb schaltet der Sensor die Messer ab, um Verstopfungen zu vermeiden. Die Öffnung und Schließung des Grasfangkorbdeckels erfolgt automatisch. |
| Die Aktivierung der hydraulischen Dienste erfolgt mit Hilfe von Hebeln, die am Armaturenbrett angebracht sind und über eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung verfügen. Die Entladung des Mähguts in die LKW Pritsche erfolgt ist leicht und schnell wie auch die Anhebung des Mähdecks, um leicht Bordsteinkanten zu überwinden. |

Der Schlegelmäher für den FD900 mit 130 cm Schnittbreite kommt komplett mit 42 Paar „Y“ – förmigen Messern. Die Schnitthöhe kann von 2 bis 10 cm eingestellt werden und ist weiterhin mit doppelten Anschlüssen ausgestattet; dies erlaubt den zentralen oder um 16 cm nach rechts verlagerten Anbau; dies macht das Arbeiten an Straßenrändern, und die Räder bleiben in einer sicheren Position. Er ist mit einer hinteren Walze und mit durch Zahnrad in der Höhe regulierbaren Anti-Scalp Rollen ausgestattet. Die vorderen Räder sind Anti-Pannen behandelt. Das Untersetzungsgetriebe des Schlegelmähers besteht aus einem Kegelzahnrad Paar in Ölbad, um eine geringe Geräuschemission während der Arbeit zu gewährleisten Darüber hinaus ist der Schlegelmäher mit einer integrierten Messerbremse, einem Mulch – Balken, Schutzvorrichtungen vor Gestrüpp an den Rädern sowie einer vorderen regulierbaren Klappe vor der Schnittkammer bestückt. |
| Der FD 900 ist mit einem Yanmar 3TNV80F 3-Zylinder Dieselmotor mit 25 PS ausgestattet und ist mit den CE (NRMM) Stage V (Europa) und EPA Tier 4 (USA) Normen konform. Er ist auf Silent Blöcken auf einem besonders robusten, aus einem Stück gebauten Rahmen gebaut, um die Hauptelemente des Aufsitzmähers zu schützen. Die Maschine hat einen bequemen, ergonomischen, gefederten Fahrersitz, der gedämpft ist und über seitliche Schutzvorrichtungen verfügt. Das Lenkrad ist mit einer Servolenkung unterstützt. All dies wurde so durchdacht, damit der Bediener auch nach vielen Arbeitsstunden nicht ermüdet. |
| Der durch Flüssigkeit gekühlte Motor ist selbstreinigend. Das Elektrogebläse für die Kühlung kann den Rotationssinn zur Beseitigung von Mähgut – Rückständen umkehren. Die Aktivierung erfolgt automatisch und wird durch einen Sensor geregelt, sie kann aber auch manuell betätigt werden. Der Kühler und der Tank lassen sich nach außen öffnen zur Erleichterung von Inspektions - und Reinigungsarbeiten. |
| Die Lackierung der Grillo Maschinen erfolgt durch eine doppelte elektrostatische Pulverlackbeschichtung. Zuerst sind da die Waschbäder und die Vorbereitung, dann wird eine erste Schutzschicht aufgetragen, die zusammen mit dem Brennen im Ofen die beste Basis für die Finish-Auftragung bietet. Die zweite Lackschicht und ein weiteres Brennen bei 190°C im Ofen verleihen die Härte und den Glanz, welche für unsere Produkte charakteristisch sind. |

Very good product with a poor ap **UPDATED TWO YEARS LATER** Please read for useful troubleshooting
OK, it has been two years and I am updating my review. I am keeping the 5 stars because the vac is working as good now as it was when new. But it has not been without its ups and downs.
After about a year, I began to notice it wasn't picking up nearly as good as it once did and I started looking for new vacs. I stumbled across a review for a completely different product. This reviewer, having the same problem, different product, had found a "hidden" filter deep inside his vac. So, one day when using my leaf blower outside, I decided to use it to blow out the q5. Dust went everywhere and I was amazed at how much the vac quieted down and began suction like new! Apparently I hadn't noticed the increase in noise as the vac labored against restricted flow. It was nothing short of a complete renewal. But, I began to have problems with the cliff sensors. It would falsely sense a cliff and refuse to vac that area. I noticed a buildup of dust INSIDE the cliff sensors. (apparently they are not airtight) With a can of compressed air, I was able to blow out the sensors and it straightened right up, again to like-new efficiency. I have integrated the practice of blowing compressed air into the sensors as well as EVERY crevice that dust could accumulate into my cleaning/emptying routine and now, two years after purchase, I get like-new performance from the q5. I would still recommend this, just be prepared for a still-clunky app that you WILL become accustomed to. Good Luck!!
OK, so I'm giving this five stars because it is so much better than I had anticipated and I want people to read this review. The product itself IS five-star. The ap, maybe two. Keep in mind that I haven't had it too long and maybe with a little more experience, the ap might be more palatable. But here goes:
I use this in a basement where the floors are mostly smooth concrete, with one room low-pile carpet. As long as you keep the vac emptied, it works great. I have a husky dog and his undercoat shedding is a disaster of epic proportions. It sucks up his hair like a champ on both surfaces. When it gets pretty full, it will dump dog hair and dust at the edge of every rug it passes over. But that's my fault. The robot seemingly wanders around like a drunk, and somehow it unerringly chases after the dog wherever he goes, but it knows what it's doing once it maps out the area. The problems come when you want it to do something different, like just clean one of the rooms. Most of the time, the selection on the ap to select just one room simply doesn't work. Sometimes it does, so I know I'm doing it right. You can install an "invisible wall" but so far it has been impossible for me to put in a HORIZONTAL wall, so I gave up. Putting in a "zone" has been more successful, but still a pain. The only thing in my areas that it will not clean are the door mats, made of very thin carpeting. Hair gets stuck in there and the vac simply can't suck or scrub it up. But that's minor. I can scrape the hair off with a shoe and the vac obligingly sucks it right up. Overall, this was good purchase and I can't imagine dealing with "Operation Fur Drop" without it.

User friendly and I highly recommend

I recently purchased the Manvins Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo with WiFi capabilities, and it has been a game-changer for keeping my home clean. The setup was incredibly easy, and I was able to connect it to my smartphone in minutes using the app. Once connected, I can schedule cleaning sessions, monitor progress, and control the vacuum and mop remotely, which is super convenient.

Excellent vacuum!!

This is a hard working little robot. It cleans dirt and debris so easily and even gets the Arizona dust that accumulates everyday. I have a cat the sheds and 4 boys plus my husband and this vacuum works like a champ. I haven’t tried the mop feature yet because I just haven’t sat down and read the directions. I’ll update when I try that feature out. I love that it can go under my furniture and climb up rugs, even my cat scratch boards. I 100% recommend this vacuum. It has changed my house keeping routine and saves me a ton of time. I absolutely love it and you can’t beat the price!

Pleasantly surprised.

Based on the price I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong. I'm so impressed and thrilled with this purchase. I have a long haired Maine Coon and it picked up so much fur. It picked up thread, small pieces of yarn and feathers from my pillows. I watched the long front brushes pull dust and dirt out from under spaces that my regular vacuum would never get without moving things. I have carpet, hardwood, throw rugs and even a long shag throw by my bed that it maneuvered over mostly easily. I helped it over one or two transitions but it never got stuck. Just turned and kept going. The mop worked great. Only concern is that it only uses water so it's not a deep clean but the pad was dirty and once it dried I threw it into the wash. Definitely will use it in between a deeper cleans making cleaning a whole lot easier. With a cat shredding the carpet on a scratching post and all of his fur I was shocked how packed the dirt cup was and how great the house looked with all the little bits of scratching pole, oh yeah and card board scratching pad cleaned up so easily. I highly recommend. The cat thinks it's a cat toy so he kept starting it up. I had to cover it to protect it from the cat. It now lives under it's very own plastic bin. 🙂
