ja weh tun oder gar keinen Sinn machen oder wir könnten uns trauen, etwas ganz anderes zu tun, wenn wir mit dem Herzen entscheiden.
Aber ich glaube, es ist genau andersherum. Wenn wir die Dinge mehr mit dem Herzen entscheiden und uns darin üben, mehr auf die Sprache der Liebe zu hören und sie zu leben, spüren wir viel mehr als vielleicht Schmerz oder Enttäuschung.
Es könnte sein, dass unser Herz uns hilft, über die Wiese zu springen, ein breites Lächeln im Gesicht zu haben, Wärme und Geborgenheit zu spüren und inneres Glück zu empfinden. Es lässt uns wieder ler- nen, auf uns selbst und auf andere zu vertrauen. Sie lässt uns lieben und vergeben. Sie lässt uns spüren, was gut für uns ist und was nicht.

Like the dissolvable feature
Flavor Name: Peppermint
Cardiologist recommended one tablet nightly 30 minutes before bed to protect the lungs from covid. His other recommendations were standard protocol. Had never heard of this but know that melatonin is supposed to help with sleep. Had tried melatonin for sleep, at higher strength, but effect wore off after a week. Suprisingly, this seems to help with sleep as well. Large count at reasonable price.

Sleep aid that helpd.
Flavor Name: Peppermint
I purchased these because I understand that the natural production of melatonin decreases drastically after the age of 40. I have been using another brand that much more expensive for a lower dosage.
I read the other reviews and decided to give these a try. I have been taking them for about 30 days. I think, I have a good understanding of the pills.
It appears that the other brand had a more consistent effect. They sublingual and you would feel drowsy after about 20 minutes. These are slow desolve and take effect after 30 minutes or so.
My only issue was consistency. I would say that 90% of the time I would be drowsy. Once or twice a month they would have a minimal effect. They are a stronger dose, 5 mg versus 3 mg of the other product. They are less expensive and they work most of the time.

Holy dreams Batman!
Flavor Name: Peppermint
This product is so good I had to come back to review it! I originally got this for my daughter since she has terrible insomnia, but she hated the minty taste...so I started taking them along with my husband and wow is all I have to say! It makes me tired and I’ve been having the craziest dreams (I usually never dream or remember them)! Definitely recommend and I actually really like the flavor.
