Thirty years on this earth… and this is the first book I’ve truly read from start to finish.

Reading Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins didn’t just motivate me it shifted something inside me. It reminded me that struggle is universal, but mindset is the difference. He doesn’t stop when things get hard; he stops only when the mission is complete and then he looks for the next challenge. Great Motivational Book
Format: Hardcover
If you can handle the language, this book will motivate you! He gives very insightful strategies on how he overcame obstacles in his life that I've been able to use to reach a few of my goals. Worth the read if you struggle with barriers or hurdles, you will find the tools to get past them.
