Mit dem Hamburger-Pressgerät können Sie in wenigen Schritten perfekt geformte Burger-Pastetchen formen. Die Hamburgerpresse wurde speziell für den professionellen Einsatz entwickelt und kann problemlos in jede professionelle Küche verwendet werden. Sie können saftige Burger-Pastetchen aus Hackfleisch, Fisch oder Gemüse formen. Füllen Sie den Behälter mit den notwendigen Zutaten, die dann dank der genauen Form der Pastetchenpresse zu einem einheitlichen Burgerpastetchen geformt werden. Das Gehäuse besteht aus Aluminiumguss, während die Teile, die mit Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen, aus hochwertigem Edelstahl gefertigt sind. Die Burgerpresse ist sehr robust und besonders langlebig, auch bei intensivem und anspruchsvollem Einsatz. Die Burgerpresse wird manuell durch einen einfachen Hebelmechanismus bedient. Durch Anheben des Hebels kann der Burger leicht entfernt werden. Dank der im Lieferumfang enthalten Pastetchen-Papierscheiben bleiben die Frikadellen nicht aneinander haften. Alle Einzelteile des Hamburgerpressgeräts können mühelos gereinigt werden. Dank der kleinen Abmessungen ist die Hamburgerpresse sehr platzsparend und kann dank der rutschfesten Gummifüße auf allen Arbeitsflächen eingesetzt werden.
