WARUM ZEITGLEICH LINKS UND RECHTS NEBEN DER WIRBELSÄULE TRIGGERN?
Ausgehend von unserem rückseitigen Becken besitzen wir Menschen eine aufsteigende Muskulatur, welche sich rechts und links neben unserer Wirbelsäule erstreckt. Tiefere Muskelschichten dienen dabei der inneren Stabilität unserer Wirbelkörper zueinander. Die oberflächigen Muskelschichten dienen eher der Beweglichkeit unserer einzelnen Wirbelsäulen-Abschnitte. In diesen Bereichen kommt es sehr häufig zu starken sowie langfristigen Schmerzzuständen. Diese hartnäckigen und oftmals „tiefen“ Rückenschmerzen erstrecken sich häufig über eine größere Fläche am Rücken. Der Schmerz ist schwer zu lokalisieren und wird oft als „diffuser tiefer“ Rückenschmerz bezeichnet.


ANWENDUNGSBEREICHE:

  • Schmerzen in der Lendenwirbelsäule
  • Schmerzen zwischen unteren Rippen und Beckenkamm
  • Schmerzen in der Brustwirbelsäule
  • Schmerzen zwischen den Schulterblättern
  • Schmerzen im unteren Schulter- und Nackenbereich

WICHTIG: Je nach Verspannung und „Verklebung“ des myofaszialen Gewebes, kann eine mehrtägige Anwendung von bis zu einer Woche notwendig sein. Bei Muskelkater am Folgetag sollte jeweils ein Ruhetag zwischen den Anwendungen eingehalten werden. Um wiederkehrenden Verspannungen vorzubeugen, sollte die Anwendung auch ohne Vorliegen von Schmerzsymptomen weitergeführt werden.

This filter is very comparable to the stock filter. Fits the BMW G20 just like OEM. I would not say it is two times "heavier" as advertised on the box, but it is very comparable to stock. It's the same weight and similar construction. BMW has a very robust cabin filter. This will be my go to.
