Ventilgehäuse für neuen Typ halb versenkter Zodiac Ventile

Dieses Ventilgehäuse mit der Artikelnummer Z67092 gehört zum neuen Typ halb versenkter Ventile, wie er bei Zodiac und Bombard Schlauchbooten und RIBs verwendet wird. Ventilgehäuse neuer Ventiltyp sorgt für eine zuverlässige und luftdichte Verbindung des Ventils im Schlauch.

Das Ventilgehäuse wird standardmäßig inklusive Ventileinsatz geliefert Z67080. Dieser Ventileinsatz ist auch separat erhältlich. Das Ventilgehäuse besteht aus zwei Teilen, die beidseitig am Gewebe des Schlauchs montiert werden.

Der untere Teil des Gehäuses wird an der Innenseite des Schlauchs platziert. Anschließend setzt du die Dichtung ein Z6852 an das Gewebe an der Innenseite, danach das Bootsmaterial selbst und zum Schluss der Verschlussring des Ventilgehäuses an der Außenseite.

Die Dichtung Z6852 ist nicht standardmäßig im Lieferumfang enthalten und separat über die Übersicht der zugehörigen Produkte erhältlich. Die passenden Verschlusskappen für diesen Ventiltyp sind Z67300 und Z67395.
