Dieser Wein wird aus ausgewählten Rebstöcken aus dem Alto Najerilla und den Hochebenen des Valle del Oja hergestellt, wo das halbkontinentale Klima und die kalk- und eisenhaltigen Lehmböden den Garnacha-Trauben Frische und Komplexität verleihen. Die zwischen 70 und 90 Jahre alten, ertragsarmen Buschreben wachsen an Hängen und werden nach nachhaltigen Weinbaumethoden bewirtschaftet. Diese Bedingungen verlängern die Reifung und ermöglichen die Herstellung eines Roséweins mit großer Komplexität und aromatischer Intensität.
WEINBEREITUNG
Nach sorgfältiger Überwachung der Reifung wird der ideale Zeitpunkt für die Ernte gewählt, um die Säure und ein frisches Fruchtprofil zu bewahren. Die Trauben werden von Hand geerntet und in kleinen Kisten im Kühltransport zum Weingut transportiert, um ihr gesamtes aromatisches Potenzial zu erhalten. Nach einer kurzen Mazerationszeit in der Presse, während der der Most in Kontakt mit den Schalen bleibt, werden 50 % des ersten Mosts einfach durch die Schwerkraft ausgewählt, der sogenannte Vorlaufmost oder Flormost. Anschließend gärt der Wein bei niedriger Temperatur in kleinen Eichenfässern, Parzelle für Parzelle getrennt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wird der Wein mindestens vier Monate lang auf seiner Feinhefe belassen. Zweimal wöchentlich wird er aufgerührt (um die Feinhefe in der Schwebe zu halten), um den Wein auf natürliche Weise zu schützen, die Aromen zu bewahren und ihm mehr Volumen im Mund zu verleihen. Nach Abschluss dieses Vorgangs wird der Wein Parzelle für Parzelle verkostet, um die endgültige Coupage zu bestimmen.
VERKOSTUNG
Eine brillante, blassrosa Farbe. In der Nase zeigt er eine große Komplexität und Intensität, in der man Aromen von Steinobst (Pfirsich, Aprikose), einigen roten Beeren, Noten von weißen Blüten und Zitrusfrüchten findet. Dies alles sind typische Aromen der Garnacha Tinta-Traube. Auf einer subtileren Ebene erscheinen würzige Nuancen (Vanille, Zimt), die durch den Weinherstellungsprozess und die Reifung in kleinen Eichenfässern entstehen. Im Mund ist er frisch und ausgewogen, mit einer ausgeprägten Säure, die ihm Länge und Lebendigkeit verleiht. Im Mund kommen erneut die Fruchtnoten, insbesondere der Aprikose, zum Vorschein. Der Abgang ist sehr lang, frisch und das sehr weiche Tannin verleiht ihm Rückgrat, was ihn zu einem sehr gastronomischen Wein macht.

Perfect puppy gift! We use the kennel as her safe haven, and for potty training . This heartbeat tool is amazing and helped our puppy get acclimated to her kennel. She goes into her kennel and sleeps with it on her own. It calmed her down on the plane completely. We had a 6-hour flight and she did fine with the heartbeat toy. At home innthe kennel, the whining was very very minimal the first couple days, then it stopped. As you would hear and see her snuggle up and fall asleep. I think it is a bit pricy, but not too bad for the benefit. The heartbeat is seperate and is putninside a pouch on the stuffed animal. The blanket is soft, beautiful and perfect size. Good quality fabric. Both chew toys were loved by her.I do notice my large breed puppy prefers the rope and small tennis ball type chew toys. However, she plays with these too. Haven't used the heating packs yet, they go inside the pouch with the heartbeat item. I am sure we will because my puppy does love to be in front of my small heater under my desk to keep my feet warm. The packaging was extremely nice and fancy and was complimentary to the items inside.

Best Idea for Puppy's First Day Home

I was a bit reserved on purchasing this kit because it was a bit expensive. After a month now with my pup at home, this was the best investment for us and our GSD. On the first night, we used the heart beating snuggle puppy and blanket. She slept the entire night without an accident or a cry. The heartbeat in the snuggle puppy and the heat pad was the best idea. Our puppy never felt alone (just fyi, her crate was in the room with us for the 2 weeks). A month later, she is so protective of her snuggle puppy. We only used 1 heat pack to soothe her during the first week. The heat packs last a while. Our GSD now uses the snuggle puppy as a pillow or an object to be close to while she is in her crate. Any new puppy owner could definitely benefit from using this. Of course, with all things puppy, it does require a bit of time to correlate toys as a positive thing. We exclusively keep the snuggle puppy in her crate and make it a part of her secure place. My GSD puppy did really care for the teething heart toy. Even after freezing it, she didn't care for it. She also outgrew the small toy. She will chew it from time to time but it doesn't entertain her much. I found the kit, overall, very helpful with our puppy's adjustment to our home. She sleeps through the night since 8 weeks old and now at 12 weeks old. We've never had an accident in her crate overnight with the help with the snuggle puppy.
