Im Juni 2021 wurde das neue Weingut der Familie Di Vaira der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht.
Inhaber Vincenzo Di Vaira hat endlich sein Ziel erreicht, er hat den Betrieb immer zusammen mit seiner Frau Emanuela geleitet, während seine Tochter Romina und ihr Mann Alessandro dazu beigetragen haben, Modernität in das Weingut zu bringen, Neuerungen und neue Ziele.
Der Weinkeller hat eine Fläche von etwa 2600 m2, die sich auf drei Ebenen verteilen. Alle Arbeiten finden auf einer Ebene statt, die in die Bereiche Weinbereitung, Reifung und Bewirtung unterteilt ist, sowie in einem Aussenbereich mit Gärten und Blick auf die Weinberge.

Demons and Their Food

It is a truly fascinating story, interspersed with recipes of famous dishes. It is a tale of food, spices, and people. It is people who make the food all the more enticing, the people who grow and sell the spices, the cooks who spend hours and days preparing food. They give of their time and enhance the food with their passion for it. But there is an old demon in this story, and he is a cook too. He eats enormous amounts of food, because of people. He eats people because of the food. He hires a young delicious filmmaker to tell his story. Will the filmmaker become a meal for the demon? Has he come under the spell of the demon? Will he become a demon himself? What will happen to the demon? What of the people who are hunting him?
