Nase:
Die Nase zeigt deutlich, wer hinter dieser Perle steckt. Dieser weinige Stil ist so unverfälscht und ehrlich. Mélanie und Benoît Tarlant sind wahre Handwerker und Terroir-Einfänger. Seine klare, präzise Ausprägung verbindet steinige, erdige Anklänge sowie das lange Hefelager. Zitronenabrieb, Marille und Pfirsich wirken neben gelben Äpfeln wohl dosiert und nicht plakativ. Dezent rauchige Anklänge zeigen seinen Purismus. Assoziationen an feines Hefegebäck sowie mit reichlich Butter bestrichenes – natürlich getoastetes – Brioche besänftigen hier die Gemüter. Der Zero Brut Nature offenbart zusätzlich feine Aromen von getrockneten Kräutern. Ganz schwach lässt er an Austernschale denken.

Gaumen:
Diesem Schluck sehnt man ab dem Einschenken entgegen. Der präzise, klare Eindruck bestätigt sich deutlich. Er lebt von frechen Säurespitzen. Sein steiniger, kreidiger Eindruck kommt dazu wunderbar zur Geltung. Eine Brise Salz lässt grüßen. Die zitrische Frische kommt aromatisch bestens neben den herbalen und etherischen Aromen zur Geltung. Die romantischen Gedanken an Butter und Gebäck haben sich am Gaumen komplett verflüchtigt. Er wirkt straff, klar und sauber ohne auch nur ein Gramm unnötiges Fett. Im Nachhall wirken dann die maritimen Momente deutlicher. Herrlich animierend und fordernd zugleich.

Zum Weingut:
Die Geschwister Mélanie und Benoît Tarlant betreiben dieses familiäre Traditionsweingut im Vallée de la Marne heute biologisch. Die Familie ist seit 1687 im Weinbau tätig. Jede der zahlreichen Parzellen wird separat vinifiziert und ausgebaut. Ca. fünfzig Prozent davon werden im Holzfass vergoren. Auf eine malolaktische Gärung wird bewusst verzichtet.

Als Basis dient der Jahrgang 2015 sowie ein hoher Anteil an Reserveweinen. Die Assemblage besteht aus 32% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Meunier sowie in Summe 4% der seltenen Petit Meslier, Arbanne und Pinot blanc. Nach fast sechs Jahren auf der Flasche wurde Zero Brut Nature im Februar 2021 degorgiert. Die Dosage ist bei null Gramm angegeben.

I don't ever break out and it's never clogged my pores, but to be fair I've never really had skin that's broken out much before. The one thing I did notice, before using this stuff I started noticing more fine lines around my eyes/forehead. I've been using this stuff for about a year and you can barely see them anymore. I have haven't changed my diet, it's pretty atrocious honestly, so I really feel this lotion has worked wonders on its own. Also I still have a decent amount left in the bottle and I bought it almost a year ago. I'm going to try their body lotion next. Hope this helps, or at least give it a whirl!
