Durch meinen YouTube Kanal habe ich das große Glück, viele Filamente testen zu dürfen. In meinen Videos ist es mir vor allem wichtig, dass ich mich auf die Qualität der Filamente für meine Projekte verlassen kann, damit ich mich voll und ganz auf die Videoproduktion konzentrieren kann.
Durch diese vielen Projekten und etwa +40Kg verdruckten Kilogramm an PETG Filament, habe ich die wichtigsten Einstellparameter (Drucktemperatur, Geschwindigkeiten etc.) und Stellschrauben in einer kleinen PDF Anleitung zusammengefasst.
Warum nutze ich eigentlich PETG?
- ähnlich einfach zu drucken wie PLA
- hohe Hitzebeständigkeit (80°C)
- wenig Wärmeverzug
- sehr gute Druckbetthaftung
- geringe Geruchsbelastung
- hohe Schlagfestigkeit
- nicht so spröde wie PLA
- perfekt für Modellbauteile
- niedrige Drucktemperatur (ca. 230°)
