Durch die fixierten Seitenteile wird die Zügelhilfe direkt auf die Zunge und den Unterkiefer des Pferdes geleitet. Zusätzlich rahmen die Schenkel das Pferd seitlich ein und sorgen für eine ruhige Lage im Maul. Für eine besondere Schonung der Maulwinkel ist die NATHE Schenkeltrense mit Gebissscheiben versehen. Schenkeltrensen eignen sich besonders für Pferde mit einem unruhigen Maul oder Pferde, die dazu neigen über die Schulter auszubrechen.Die fixierten Seitenteile dieses Gebisses ermöglichen eine direkte Übertragung der Zügelhilfe auf die Zunge und den Unterkiefer des Pferdes. Zusätzlich schonen sie die empfindlichen Maulwinkel und bieten eine leichte seitliche Begrenzung, wodurch eine besonders ruhige Lage im Pferdemaul ermöglicht wird.
