Edelstahl punktet mit hervorragender Hitzespeicherung, neigt jedoch zum Anhaften. Gusseisen überzeugt durch seine Robustheit, bringt dafür aber ordentlich Gewicht mit. Keramik- und Antihaftpfannen sind leicht zu handhaben, reagieren dafür empfindlich auf Kratzer und starke Beanspruchung.

Die HexClad Hybrid Pfanne 25 cm vereint das Beste aus Edelstahl, Gusseisen und moderner Antihafttechnologie zu einem echten Allrounder. Mit ihrer patentierten Tri‑Ply-Konstruktion – einem Aluminiumkern umschlossen von zwei Schichten Edelstahl – sorgt sie für eine schnelle und gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung.

Die charakteristische laser-geätzte hexagonale Struktur bietet erhöhte Bratkraft durch die erhabenen Edelstahl‑Peaks, während die dazwischen liegenden Täler für die Antihaftung sorgen.

Die Pfanne ist induktionsgeeignet, spülmaschinenfest und ofenfest bis etwa 200 °C. Außerdem ist sie PTFE-frei.

 

Verwendung

Die 25‑cm-Version ist perfekt für die Zubereitung von großen Fleischstücken oder Gemüse.

  • Zum Anbraten bei mittlerer bis niedriger Hitze einen Teelöffel Öl 2–3 Minuten in der Pfanne verteilen.
  • HexClad verteilt die Wärme schnell. Beginnen Sie mit niedrigeren Temperaturen; mittel bei HexClad entspricht mittelhoch bei anderen.
  • Zum Reinigen in Seifenwasser einweichen und dann schrubben oder in die Spülmaschine geben.
