Die BCAA’s gehören zu den neun essentiellen Aminosäuren des Menschen, da sie unser Körper nicht herstellen kann. Die einzige Quelle ist über die tägliche Nahrungsergänzung. Andererseits haben sie einen Anteil von 35% der essentiellen Aminosäuren in Muskelproteinen. Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin sind unerlässliche Aminosäuren die durch verschiedene Nahrungsproteine aus verschiedenen Quellen eingenommen werden können.

 

BCAA’s können auch über die Nahrungsergänzung aufgenommen werden, dass besonders bei intensiven Trainingseinheiten oder bei körperlicher Arbeit empfehlenswert ist. Unsere BCAA Rezeptur beinhaltet ein Verhältnis von 2:1:1 von Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin.

Nehmen Sie 1-3 Portionen BCAA 6400 pro Tag, vor und nach dem Training, sowie zu jeder anderen Zeit, wie vor dem Schlafengehen zu sich.

It does everything a moisturizer should do without irritating your skin or smelling like you bathed in a candle. The 19oz tub is the right call if you actually plan to use moisturizer regularly. A little goes a long way, which is both the best and most frustrating thing about it. Best because you're getting incredible value per ounce. Frustrating because you will be looking at this same tub for the foreseeable future with no end in sight. Great product, generational quantity. Buy it once, pass it down. One star deducted because I now have to figure out what to do with the remaining 18.5 ounces.
