Das Buffalo Curved Boning Knife ist ideal, um Fleisch mit großer Präzision vom Knochen zu trennen.
Die Klinge ist scharf und speziell geformt, um leicht zwischen Fleisch und Knochen zu gleiten, selbst bei weißem Fleisch mit dünnen und leicht splitternden Knochen.

Metzger und Köche brauchen Präzisionsmesser, die auch mit dünnen und leicht splitternden Knochen gut funktionieren. Die geformte Klinge des Buffalo Curved Boner ist dafür perfekt geeignet!

Bufalo-Messer werden in Italien hergestellt, mit Handwerkskunst in der berühmten "Stadt des Messers" Maniago.

Alle Bufalo-Messer werden genauen Kontrollen unterzogen, deren Ergebnis ein professionelles Messer ist, das strenge Anforderungen erfüllt:

  • Leichtes Nachschärfen, Bruch- und Belastungsfestigkeit

Griffe

Die Griffe der Bufalo-Messer sind perfekt ergonomisch, ermöglichen einen sicheren Halt, sind aus thermoplastischem Gummi, ungiftig und säurebeständig und haben eine sehr hohe Bruchlast (ca. 270 kg pro cm2).
Sie können ohne Veränderungen oder Verformungen bis 115°C sterilisiert werden. Das Buffalo Curved Boning Knife kann in den unten gezeigten Farben hergestellt werden.

Die Farbgebung der Griffe, für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Messers, entspricht der HACCP-Norm:

  • Schwarzer Griff: Standard
  • Roter Griff: rotes Fleisch, rohes Fleisch
  • Gelber Griff: weißes Fleisch
