Die America II Windschutzscheibe der Marke Puig, ist eine Weiterentwicklung der ersten America Windschutzscheibenversion von Puig. Sie wurde unter der gleichen Produktlinie von Puig Custom-Windschutzscheiben entwickelt und besteht aus schlagfestem Acryl, einem Material mit hoher Stoßfestigkeit und einer erstklassigen aerodynamischen Kapazität. Dank des sorgfältigen Designs und der Verwendung von hochwertigen Materialien, brilliert diese zweite Version der America-Windschutzscheibe, bei schlechten Wetterbedingungen und hält Sie auch bei Kälte warm. Das America II-Windschutzscheibenmodell ist universell einsetzbar und ist für eine Mehrzahl von Custom-Motorrädern mit runden Scheinwerfern verfügbar.  Die Montage am Motorrad ist kinderleicht, da sie 4 Befestigungspunkte enthält und mit einem Montagesatz geliefert wird. Falls Ihr Motorradmodell dies erfordert, bietet Puig auch ein Hardware-Kit an, um die Windschutzscheibe an diese spezifischen Anforderungen anzupassen. Um die Montage zu vereinfachen und das Produkt schnell am Motorrad befestigen zu können, bietet Puig sein klassisches Anleitungsheft an. Die Windschutzscheibe ist vom deutschen TÜV zertifiziert und verfügt über das ABE-Zulassungszertifikat 38007. Buy the individual cross cut sheets, not these rolls.

I ordered two different types, individually cross cut foil rectangular pieces and these rolls both containing 36. sq. ft. The cross cut sheet blows this away. This stuff is much thinner, much less butyl rubber, much flimsier foil, and needs twice as much to have the same effect. Once you put it on, you cant remove it. The other brand's 2mm is much thicker than this.

I consumed about 90% of this box doing all doors and the tailgate on a 2000 tahoe. I applied it very liberally inside every door (exteror) panel. We then added an almost equal amount of deadening/absorbing/decoupling foam to the other side of the door (panel side). If you know how many rattles a circa 2000 tahoe GMT800 can have by now, you can appreciate why I added this as a "must" if i were to put some money back into this vehicle. Best sub $150 spent on this mini resto so far, right next to tint. Good quality. Not to thick or thin. Good sized sheets. Seamed to deaden as good as another slightly thicker material i recently used in my F250. My box was delivered with no issues of melting or anything funky. Clean, no major smell before or after and easy to work with. Maybe buy a roller set and wear gloves. Save your hands if your doing inside of panels. Good buy. Will buy more for future projects.
