There are plenty of books about Formula 1 races, winners and cars. But hardly anyone captured the moments behind the glamourous façade 50 years ago. When mechanics stripped mighty V12 engines in tiny garages, Niki Lauda leaned pensively against fellow driver Mike Hailwood's Citroën SM or Luca Montezemolo took a seat on one of five different garden chairs in the Ferrari pits, there was rarely a lens nearby. But if so, it was possibly one from Frans van de Camp. The Dutch photographer has captured the still carefree atmosphere of Formula 1 in the 1970s. Fascinating images came about, each of which exudes the finest zeitgeist. The black and white work is rounded off with a foreword by former German race driver Hans-Joachim Stuck and by informative texts by experienced motoring journalist Georg Otto covering the people, vehicles and - in every respect - the background.

Comfortable, Sharp‑Looking Shirt for Work or Casual Wear
The Lasjixion Men’s Short Sleeve Dress Shirt is a great balance of formal and casual. The fabric is comfortable and lightweight, and the wrinkle‑free material helps it look neat and put together with minimal effort, even after a full day of wear. The fit is flattering without being tight, and the button‑down style makes it easy to dress up with slacks or wear more casually with jeans or chinos. I like the added chest pocket, which is practical without ruining the clean look of the shirt. It holds its shape well after washing and doesn’t require much ironing, which makes it perfect for work, events, travel, or everyday use. Overall, this is a solid, versatile shirt that looks sharp and feels comfortable.

Comfortable Water‑Repellent Summer Shorts That Still Look Casual and Neat
Size: XX-Large, Color: Dark Grey
I find these TACVASEN 7 Inch Casual Twill Shorts very comfortable to wear for warm weather. The polyester twill fabric feels light against the skin and does not trap heat, which makes them a good option for summer days or humid climates. The material also behaves like a water‑repellent, quick‑dry fabric, so light splashes or a bit of sweat do not linger long, and the shorts dry fairly fast instead of staying damp. The overall look is more refined than basic athletic shorts, which I appreciate. The 7‑inch inseam, flat front style, and elastic waistband with drawstring give them a casual, everyday look that can still pass for more polished casual wear if you pair them with a polo or a clean t‑shirt. They do not look sloppy, so they work for running errands, casual outings, or relaxed social situations, not just for the beach or lounging. In terms of construction, the stitching on my pair is nicely done, with no loose threads or obvious defects on the seams or hems. The shorts include two slant pockets and one back pocket, and one of the front pockets has a hidden zipper pocket inside, which is handy for keeping small items like cards or coins more secure without changing the outside look of the shorts. The elastic waistband and drawstring make it easy to dial in the fit without feeling tight. Based on my experience, these shorts would be suitable for a variety of uses such as casual walks, light outdoor activities, beach days, or as comfortable everyday summer shorts that still look presentable enough for casual gatherings. If you want something breathable, quick drying, and a bit more polished than pure gym shorts, these are a solid option. I received this item for free through the Amazon Vine program and I personally evaluate what I receive. I also pay taxes, Social Security and Medicare so I do not treat this as mindless ordering of products I will not use or fully test.
