Die Victorinox-Qualitäts-Klinge ist auswechselbar und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von hauchdünn bis dick, du schneidest ganz nach deinem Geschmack. Für die Reinigung deines Wurstschneiders entfernst du den Messerschlitten mühelos mit einem einzigen Handgriff.
