Graf Goess-Enzenberg selektioniert hier die ältesten Reben und die besten Trauben für einen Pinot Noir, der in der internationalen Liga mitspielt.

Biodynamisch bewirtschaftet, Spontanvergärung, Ausbau in Barriques. Der 2019er ist ein warmer Jahrgang, der dem Pinot Noir reife Frucht und weiche Tannine gibt. Im Magnum hat der Wein nach sechs Jahren Flaschenreife eine schöne Trinkreife erreicht — die Tannine sind integriert, die Aromen komplex und vielschichtig.

Reifes Rubinrot. In der Nase dunkle Kirsche, Unterholz, Gewürznelke, ein Hauch Tabak und eine florale Note. Am Gaumen seidig und voluminös, mit einer eleganten Säure und einem langen, erdigen Finish. Ein Pinot Noir für besondere Anlässe — zu Rehrücken, Trüffel-Pasta oder einem großen Stück Parmigiano Reggiano.

Chauvet Hurricane Haze 4D

I’ve been a DJ for over 30 years and my lighting plays a big part in my show. I’ve used oil based fog machines which leave a residue and set off fire alarms. I’ve been using water based haze for the last 10 years and my Chauvet arena hazer finally bit the dust. I was hesitant about buying the Hurricane 4D because of the mixed reviews. After buying it and running some tests I found that you have to manually set the fan speed if you are using the wired remote. Also I found it works great if you don’t ask too much of it. I found that I can put it on continuous at roughly 20% volume and it fills and keeps the room full of haze. The haze is equivalent to a smokey bar. It allows your lights to project a cool looking beam for added effects. This hazer is about 1/4 the size of my Arena hazer but puts out about the same amount of haze. I found if you try for too much volume the heater can’t keep up and it spits and wastes haze fluid. But there is no reason for that to happen if you run it as I mentioned above. All in all I think it produces all the haze you will ever need just don’t push the hazer past it limits.
