The earrings have been updated with later 18ct Gold posts and secure butterfly backs, making them easy and comfortable to wear while retaining their Victorian charm.

ERA: Victorian (1837–1901).
MEASUREMENTS: Studs are 4.5mm long x 4.5mm wide.
Diamonds measure approx. 2.2mm in diameter.
Total Diamond weight is approximately 0.10ct combined.
WEIGHT: 0.8g (pair).
MATERIALS: Tests as Sterling Silver, 18ct Gold posts and butterfly backs, Diamond (0.10ct).
STAMPS: 750 on newer earring backs.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition:
EXCELLENT: The natural Diamonds are bright and securely set, with no obvious chips visible. The Silver settings retain an attractive dark patina, and the later 18ct Gold posts and butterfly backs fit well and feel secure. These earrings present beautifully and are ready to wear.
