Der Kohlefaseranteil von 15% erhht bei dieser Variante zustzlich die Hrte Festigkeit des gedruckten Bauteiles und verringert ein ungewolltes "Warping" (Verziehen des Bauteiles). NYLON (PA) ist ein Polyamide und zeichnet sich durch seine hohe Festigkeit und Zähigkeit aus. Aufgrund seiner positiven Eigenschaften wird es häufig zur Fertigung mechanischer Bauteile verwendet. Der Kohlefaseranteil von 15% erhöht bei dieser Variante zusätzlich die Härte/Festigkeit des gedruckten Bauteiles und verringert ein ungewolltes "Warping" (Verziehen des Bauteiles).
Beispiele von Gegenständen aus dem Alltag, welche aus NYLON (PA) gefertigt sind:

- Werkzeuggriffe

Die Eigenschaften von NYLON (PA)
- hohe Elastizität
- hohe Zähigkeit sowie Festigkeit
- hohe Abriebfestigkeit
- hohe Layerhaftung
- hohe Wärmeformbeständigkeit bis 140°C
- achte beim Drucken mit NYLON auf eine gute Belüftung, da die entstehenden Dämpf beim Drucken gesundheitsschädlich sind
- ein all Metal Heatbreak, besser noch ein hier im Shop erhältliches TITAN Heatbreak, wird empfohlen
Wie wird NYLON am besten gedruckt?
- Ein geschlossener Bauraum (Gehäuse) wird empfohlen, da NYLON einen erhöhten Wärmeverzug aufweist.
- Durch die Kohlefaseranteile wird eine Düse aus verschleißfestem Material benötigt (gehärtete / RUBY / Edelstahl Düse)
- Die Bauteilkühlung sollte wenn möglich deaktiviert, maximal jedoch auf 30% für kleine, filigrane Bauteile eingestellt werden (Druckerabhängig)
- Druckbetthaftung: Die besten Ergebnisse erziehst Du mit der PRINPLATE PRO / EXTREME mit folgenden Einstellungen:
- Druckbett gelevelt mit einer 0,05mm Einstellfolie
- Höhe erster Layer = 0,10mm
- Linienbreite erster Layer = 120%
- Druckgeschwindigkeit erster Layer = 15mm/s
- Druckbetttemperatur = 90°C
Die Druckbetthaftung sowie der erste Layer sind für einen erfolgreichen Druck mit NYLON (PA) essenziell. Drucke den ersten Layer lieber etwas zu dicht am Druckbett (leicht "gequetscht") um das NYLON in die Poren der PRINPLATE zu drücken.

Clear protection with easy installation

The ProCase screen protectors fit my iPad 7th generation well and provide clear protection without affecting touch sensitivity or screen clarity. The installation process was very simple, Unfortunately I did have some trouble with bubbles forming in the corner after applying the first one, which was a bit difficult to fully smooth out. The second protector went on slightly better, but it still required extra effort to get a perfect finish. Despite that issue, the screen protector still does its job well in protecting against scratches and daily wear. It also comes in a 2 pack, which adds good value in case one is applied incorrectly.
It’s a solid product for protection, but the installation can be a little tricky if you want a completely flawless, bubble free look

Apple is number one

The best iPad it’s worth the money it works perfectly fine I think the battery life is fine, but it probably needs a little bit of work, I would choose Apple anytime of the week. The durability is perfect and everything and the gameplay is absolute amazing. this is also for personal use and probably college use. I’m probably going to use this for college as well.
