Love it!
Size: 200 Count (Pack of 1)
Love this supplement! Had lowered my cholesterol as I have not changed my diet much. This supplement does not give me indigestion unlike some other brands I have tried.

Gentle and Effective Daily Fiber Support
Size: 500 Count (Pack of 1)
Gentle and Effective Daily Fiber Support I’ve been taking these NOW Psyllium Husk Capsules for a few weeks now, and they’ve been a reliable and gentle way to boost daily fiber intake. Each capsule is easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetable-based, non-GMO, and free of unnecessary additives. Unlike some fiber powders that can be gritty or hard to mix, the capsule form is super convenient—you just take them with a full glass of water, and there’s no taste or texture to deal with. I noticed improvements in regularity within the first week, without any harsh cramping or urgency that some fiber products can cause. These really help with digestive comfort and maintaining a steady rhythm. One thing to keep in mind is that you do need to take several capsules per serving to get the full fiber benefit, so the bottle can go quicker than expected if you’re using them daily. Drinking plenty of water is a must with psyllium, otherwise you may feel some bloating. Bottom line: A clean, effective, and easy-to-use source of daily soluble fiber that supports gut health and regularity. Great choice if you want the benefits of psyllium without the hassle of mixing powders.

This is magic on earth.
Size: 30 Count (Pack of 1)
These pills are actual magic. It’s not a placebo. I genuinely feel so much more calm and relaxed when I take one of these. It takes about 30 minutes to kick in, and I immediately feel my anxiety ease away. I usually take them on a stressful day or when I feel uneasy. They don’t upset your stomach, but you will be burping the smell of lavender.
