Der Weinentuseast und Kunstliebhaber betrieb weitreichende Recherchen in dem Mount Veeder Untergebiet, um das perfekte Plätzchen für sein eigenes Weingut zu errichten. 1978 hat er 900 Morgen hier gekauft und mit dem Bau begonnen, was heute eine der innovativsten und federführenden Gebirgs-Weingütern in Napa ist. Der Mittelpunkt von Hess Philosophie ist das einzigartige Gebirgs-Terroir, welches die Herstellung von ausbalancierten und doch kraftvolle Rot- und Weißweine unterstützt. Dieser klassische Cabernet ist ein großartiges Beispiel ihres Stils, mit Früchten exklusive aus ihrem felsigen Mount Veeder Hügel Weingut, welches auf den steilen Hängen auf 200 bis 250 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel liegt. Hess fügt dem Cuvee eine kleine Menge an Malbec bei, welchem sie nach sagen, dass er als “Löwenzähmer” fungiert, um die schlagkräftigen Tannine des Cabernet zu erweichen, und um sinnliche dunkle Fruchtaromen hinzuzufügen. Der junge Wein wird in französischen Eichenfässern für 22 Monate gereift, um die verschiedenen Komponenten vollständig zu integrieren und den Wein komplexer werden zu lassen. Gefüllt mit sinnlicher Johannisbeere, Brombeere und reifen Pflaumen Noten, dieser robuste Rotwein ist ein großartiger Wein zu weiteren Lagerung im Keller für einige Jahre oder zum sofortigen Genuss mit herzhaften Gerichten mit rotem Fleisch.Shipping Notes

Worth it!

A necessity for anyone trying to elevate their espresso making game. I use this to measure my beans and to also measure the shot I pull and how long it takes to pull. It’s great quality and totally worth it. The scale is very quick to start when the shot starts to pull. Easy to use and a great scale.

Works prefectly, accurate, easy to use, and looks great.

I didn't expect much but it works really well and seems to be very accurate. It's much more sensitive (to 0.1g) than the scale I was using to measure my coffee and the autostart timer works really well. Also, unlike my other scale, this one is USB-C rechargable and so far has no indication of needing a recharge after a week or so of daily use. My other scale uses CR2032 batteries and goes through a pair every three weeks, so being able to recharge instead is quite nice.
It's small and I can use it to time the extraction and also use it to measure out heated water for tea, or whatever I need. This is definitely a steal for the price.

Great value and full-functioned.

This is a simple, elegant little scale with timer. It's perfect for use with a small espresso machine like my Breville Bambino Plus. It shifts easily from counter use weighing beans before grinding, to placing on the drip tray to time and weigh shots. The top is smooth and water resistant. I think it's a great value.

Beautiful, functional, and perfect for a stylish coffee bar
I absolutely love this scale. As someone who cares about both function and aesthetics, this was exactly what I was looking for. It’s refreshing to find a high-quality kitchen tool that doesn’t force you to sacrifice the look of your space. The white and gold design is stunning and fits perfectly on my coffee bar without looking bulky or industrial.
Functionally, it works flawlessly. I primarily use it to measure my coffee beans, but I’ve also used it for other items, and it’s consistently accurate and easy to use. Great scale, an excellent buy

Is it possible to fall in love with a scale? I unboxed this one and, without reading any directions, put an empty 1/4 cup on it, turned the scale on, filled the 1/4 cup with coffee beans till I had the desired 17 or so grams, and turned the scale off. Easy-peasy! It’s small but sensitive, able to tell when a single bean has been added or removed. I almost didn’t get it because of the charging issue, but at least it tells you what the current charge is, and the way I use it I believe it will last several months without recharging. I’m so glad I bought this scale!
