Farbe: Die Farbe ist anfnglich gelblich und wenn der Honig reift, bekommt er eine dunkle

Erdbeer-Honig wird von der Familie Souka an den Hängen von Achaia hergestellt. Die Blüte des Erdbeerbaums beginnt im November, während seine Blüten bis zum späten Frühjahr Pollen und Nektar abgeben.


Geschmack:
Es hat einen charakteristischen starken, sehr vollen bitteren Geschmack mit aromatischen Noten von bitterem Karamell.



Parfüm:
Es zeigt kein starkes Aroma.

Farbe:
Die Farbe ist anfänglich gelblich und wenn der Honig reift, bekommt er eine dunkle Kupferfarbe.

Kristallisation:
Es kristallisiert relativ schnell und bekommt eine butterartige Textur.

Well build. Very solid for the price. I used #1 AWG cable. I don't like the pinch bolt connection. It tries to drill through the cable, and spreads the strands. Only about 2/3rds are pinched under the knurled bolt tip. I'll keep an eye on it, and if the connection heats up, I'll pull apart, straighten the strands, and tin the ends with solder so they don't crush much. See how that works. A concave, half circle piece under the pinch bolt would be better IMO. That would keep strands together as they crushed down.
