Der statische Mischer GXF-21-9 (Art.-Nr. 0001-9998-2109XFGG) ist ein Präzisionsmischer mit X-Grid-Struktur (Kreuzgitter) zur schnellen und homogenen Durchmischung zweikomponentiger Materialien. Die spezielle Gittergeometrie ermöglicht eine besonders effiziente Vermischung bei kompakter Bauform im Vergleich zu klassischen Wendelmischern.

Die Mischelemente bestehen aus Polypropylen (weiß/orange bei Ø 21 mm) und sind für industrielle Anwendungen optimiert. Das Gehäuse aus Polypropylen bietet eine hohe chemische Beständigkeit und zuverlässige Verarbeitung verschiedenster Medien.

Diese Ausführung ist mit G3/4"-Gewindeanschlüssen am Einlass und Auslass ausgestattet. Zusätzlich steht ein weiterer G3/4"-Anschluss (optional) zur Verfügung, wodurch eine flexible Integration in komplexe Rohrleitungs- und Mischsysteme ermöglicht wird.

Durch den großen Durchmesser eignet sich der Mischer besonders für Anwendungen mit erhöhtem Materialdurchsatz und kontinuierlichen Prozessen.

Der Mischer ist speziell für Anwendungen mit großen Viskositäts- oder Konzentrationsunterschieden ausgelegt, z. B. bei Mischungsverhältnissen von 10:1 oder 100:1.

Typische Einsatzbereiche sind industrielle Kleb-, Verguss- und Inline-Mischprozesse mit hohen Anforderungen an Präzision und Prozesssicherheit.

Being able to extend exactly as much cord as you need and have the rest neatly contained means zero cable clutter on the desk.
