The procedure is easy: Add binding buffer and ethanol to your sample, then bind, wash and elute ultra pure RNA. The RNA can be eluted from the Zymo-Spin V-E Column in as little as ≥ 100 µl of RNase-free water. Great product! I bought this for our puppy we were getting since she was going to now be away from momma. As soon as I turned the heartbeat function on she started to lick the toy and laid her head on it. Needless to say that we slept throughout the night because of this toy. She loves it!
